The family of a teenager who drank Four Loco before getting hit and killed in a car accident is suing the company that makes the drink. The family of the teenager argues the makers of Four Loko specifically market their alcoholic drinks to those under the age of 21 and should therefore be banned.

Some states have secondary texting and driving laws where police officers cannot pull a driver over for texting and driving alone. Instead, police officers in states with secondary texting and driving laws have to initially pull a driver over for a different reason like speeding. Some states that have secondary texting and driving laws are looking to change their driving and texting bans to primary laws so that officers can pull a driver over specifically for texting while driving.

A married couple from Louisiana was involved in a fatal motorcycle accident in Texas last Wednesday. The husband and wife were from Breaux Bridge, Louisiana; about 45 miles west of Baton Rouge. The husband and wife pair were riding their motorcycle together last week when they were involved in a deadly motorcycle accident caused by hydroplaning.

While the conclusion of the study may seem obvious, many Americans do not get the right amount of sleep. Therefore the safety of more driver age groups may also be affected by their level of sleep.
